About PLSO

Parker Library at Steward Observatory (PLSO) is a working collection that includes both frequently used and special materials in the fields of astronomy, astrophysics, cosmology, and instrumentation. The collection is housed in Rooms N304 and N334B. The library serves SO faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate astronomy majors. Affiliated personnel and students have key access while others may use the collection when the librarian is on duty.

Librarian hours are posted by the entrance to Room N304. For the Fall semester:

  • Monday 9:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Wednesday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
